HOW TO USE MICROSOFT SWAY?

Hi guys! Today, I will focus on one of the best software for creating reports which is Microsoft Sway. Sway is a user-friendly tool which will allow to to easily create reports, presentation and personal stories. It is very easy to learn how to use and navigate through this software. I will teach you step-by-step so that you can create your very own sway!






When you reach the welcome page, you will see something like this. If you notice, you would see 4 options besides 'My Sways'. Those are Edited, Viewed, Analytics and Deleted.
1. Edited - These are the sways you have edited or to put in another way, all your sway would be shown here.
2. Viewed - These are the sways you have viewed. For example if you have viewed your friend's sway, that sway would be shown there.
3. Analytics - This option allows you to get a brief data about a sway. But remember, this tool is enabled with subscription.
4. Deleted - All your deleted sways would be shown here. 

After you have once gone through all the features, click on 'Create New' to create a new sway. 





After clicking on 'Create New', you would see a window like this. Then click on 'Title your sway'
and give your sway a title!




After giving your sway a title, go ahead and click the little '+' sign to add content to your sway. There are tons of things you can add to the sway. Go ahead and explore!




You can also add a background to the title. Simply, click on the box besides the title name and choose a picture. You can upload pictures from your computer or you can search the image from your computer through Bing. 




After you are satisfied with the content, click on 'Design' and choose an appropriate design for your sway. 





After finalizing your sway, click 'Share' and share the sway with your friends, relatives or post it in social media!
