WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF EARTH LOSES ITS GRAVITY?
What would happen if Earth loses its Gravity? Well, there can be a lot of possibilities which can happen. The possibilities which I think would happen are listed below:
1. Living on Earth would be out of question. Ouch, didn’t see that coming, did you? But there is a good explanation for that. Everything that makes Earth special such as water, air, plants etc would hover with us as there is no force to anchor them. With the unbalanced atmosphere pressure, our blood vessels would burst into shreds, causing internal bleeding. At that time, don’t think you can go to the hospitals like a normal day. Doctors are also human beings, remember? Also, there are a lots of other factors if we, human beings, manage to escape that. Take this as another ‘problem’ that we can face. In some areas flater (I made this word so please don’t look for it in the dictionary. This means ‘flying water’. It’s not catchy, I know, but you can suggest some names for this. I would be really grateful) scarcity would be there while other areas, especially the coastal areas, would be in the mercy of the flater attack where tons of flater covers you up and make you wet. There you are! Add that to the water-caused disasters!
2. The only way we could live on an Earth without its gravity would be through ‘evolution’. If we evolve to live on an Earth without its gravity, then I think we can survive pretty easily. But then the problem would be that along with us the plants and animals should also survive. Why is that? If they die what would we eat? Ha! Did you expect me to be a nature-lover? Okay, so if plants and animals are also evolved we are good to go. Yes, we would be introduced to a world of flying.
The world
of flying:
What would
the world look like if there was no gravity? I can give you an idea. Everything
would fly. If I mean everything that means that humans would also fly. Along
with us buildings, tree, animals, etc would hover. We would not need escalators
or stairs. We would need gravity-proof flasks for tea. There might be
competition between birds and humans. If there is, I vote for humans. Well,
everyone would be too good at swimming. There would be no point of huddle race.
All the racers would ‘swim’ over the huddles. ‘Eat and swim’ would go viral. Normal
pens would be of no use. Now comes the worst news for body builders. Everyone
would become the strongest human alive. There would be no toddler who cannot
lift a 500 kg crane with his/her little finger. Everyone can go to space for a
little trip with an oxygen cylinder. No one would require space suits because our
blood vessels are already evolved to withstand the harsh conditions in the
space. Moreover, no rocket is needed to carry humans because humans can, themselves,
go there by flying.
This is all
what would happen if Earth loses its gravity. But there is no need of worrying
if such things would happen. It is because, the probability of Earth losing its
gravity is almost impossible. Gravitational force is not like a magnet to loses
its magnetism. It is a phenomenon of attraction of two bodies. Therefore, if
you believe in science and it's disciples, scientists, there would be no reason
why you should be worrying about our home planet losing its gravity.
